Hello all
We have a 2003 sp2 exchange server running Enterprise.
The system has been very stable since its inception and we are very happy with it.
We do have one issue that I can’t seem to find a workaround for.
Many of my users do not have a dedicated PC. They do have access to email on internal shared PC's
The problem is when a password change is prompted, the only way that it will accept the password change is if the user types in domain\username in the username field.
The thing is that hardly any of these users know what our domain is. Everytime one of these generic users is due for a password calls into support spike big time.
Is there any way to either pre-fill the domain name or change something so that the OWA client does not require it?
Thanks for any input.
