Domain User Locks Workstaion

I have several users complaining when they return to thier compuiters after being away from thier desk that the workstation is locked and they have to re-login. This is happeing every 5-10 minutes and is really irritating them.

Is there a place to set the time for this or to disable it entirely? I am running SBS 2003 R2 and the workstaions are all XP Pro SP2

This is configured on the screen saver page. It is set to lock the workstation and require password. Uncheck the box to eliminate the need to login.
