Domain SMS accounts not created during install

I just installed SMS 2003 onto a Windows 2003 member server. I have an NT4 domain and installed in standard security mode.

When I go into User Manager for Domains, on my PDC, I don't see any SMS accounts... Other than the SMS Service account I created...

Did I do something wrong?
