Domain server transefer .Help needed

Dear Friends ,
I have 2 active directory domains on windows 2000 , i want to move one domain to another as a child . how can i do this , kindly suggest.Both are root servers of each of their domains.

It's not possible to MOVE a domain to make it a child domain of another.

You can CREATE a new child domain and move the objects from active directory to it.
