Domain security update

Quick question. I make a change on my PDC in "default domain security" local to turn off the autopolulate windows login with last user name. It changes the PDC locally, but not my XP clients.

What am I missing?

Wait for your new policy to propagate, or force the propagation using the gpupdate utility on each workstation.

If you made the change and it works on the DC, then you likely edited the default domain controller policy, and not the default domain policy.

Thanks. The thing is I checked that. It is definately the Domain Policy. That is why I'm puzzled.

Is there anything in your event logs that might point you to where there might be a problem?
