domain security policy

I've made some changes to my domain security policy. One of the changes is that i've added some message text when users logon. I made the change on server one and when i look at the domain security policy on servers two and three the text has been replicated with no problems BUT when users logon the text doesnt appear but the text box does.

Any ideas???

I have never seen this. I have a question about Domain Sec Policies. Is there a way to exempt a PC from the policies?

Account policies are not avoidable if set at the Domain level, despite what OU, site, etc...You can't override them or block inhertance...
