Domain Renaming

I have a Seagate Info Vs7 installed on a W2K Server.
I'll change the domain name with a tool that keeps the users and groups from Active Directory and the NTFS permissions.

The question is, after renaming, Seagate Info will continue working or I'll need to reinstall?
