I wonder if anyone has experiance the following scenrio

I have a client who network consists of 3 2003 servers (1 dc, 2 members) and the maintence of these servers are outsourced to a large company who control all aspects of the domain. The customer has decided that this an too expensive solution and has decided to have control over the network himself. The outsourcing company will not allow anyone access to the server because of security. So i will begin a scratch instsllation of a new server and migrate profiles etc etc.My question is, on 1 member server there is a sql server, if i demote this server to a workgroup and then join it to the new domain, csn i expect any problems with accessing sql afterwards and if so, how would i fix it? I hope i have explained myself well enough snd thank you for reading this.

I would post you questiong here since this is not a programming issue:
