Domain Printer Question

How is the best way to map a domain printer to a temp user when he's not on your domain? Everytime he logs off and back on it asks for a domain user name and password.
 
Is the printer attached directly to the network using something like a jetdirect print server? If yes then configure the printer as a local printer and print to a Standard TCP/IP Port.
