I am working on my first site and it is for a private grade school. I was looking at sites such as & for domain name registration but I can't seem to find anywhere to register .edu domains. I did some searching & it seems that most grade schools use .org. Is .edu acceptable & if so, any recommendations on a good place to register it at? Thanks in advance for any help.

Educause is the registrar for .edu domains in the USA. However, only accredited post-secondary institutions qualify for a .edu domain.
Unlike here where all schools can have a .edu.au domain.
