I have a fledgling hosting and e-mail service, running a dns server (nt 4.0) ns.web-quarters.com 216.3.54.51
We recently had a customer wishing to co-host his existing web sever on our bandwidth. He had 3 web-sites living on it with
his other providers IP numbers. He modified with internic to our IP #'s and we set up the name server info accordingly, pointing
to his new IP number, 216.3.54.202, <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> A whois check shows it indeed points to the correct IP. But the
test in a browser tries to go to the old IP 207.238.42.164. DNS reverse-lookup points our IP # to coralgables.net as it should.
NS lookup shows coralgables.net at the old # as it should'nt.
The changes were made on 2-17-00. He has 2 other sites that were also changed that work perfectly, <A HREF=" TARGET="_new">
216.3.54.203 and homesteadsun.com 216.3.54.201.

The name did resolve one night when I was testing it but the next day, no dice. It seems to work, but very rarely.

Please give me some advice on what to do next as this is the first time we have had problems in over 60 clients.

Thanks in advance for your response
