I have a little bit of a mixup in my setup if you can help sort it out for me...
I have my server setup to masquerade as mycompany.com for example and it's server name is xyz.mycompany.com
I can send mail back and forth everything is fine there. What I have balled up is if I mail TED for example it works fine but if I mail Roger@mycompany.com it expects it to be a local user at this location and gives a user does not exist error.
Is there a easy way to re-route that so anything @mycompany.com is sent by internet not held locally.
I have to masquerade as mycompany.com because all INCOMING mail comes to {user}@mycompany.com to a exchange server and then I have to address getting the mail forwarded to my mailhub {linux server} to be delivered on another network. I believe another Linux Server setup with a Virtusertable setup would be the way to go but i'm not sure if exchange 5.5 can be setup similar or not. I'll worry about that when I get to that step i guess.
Thanks in advance!
Vince
