domain issue joined but can not see (CM3.1)

We have an issue where we are able to join domain on the MSS -

joined the domain with the MAS - no trouble

from the MSS

set up mas host information : ok

send mas host information : ok

Set Up Windows Domain :

Windows Domain Information :
Windows domain setup succeeded!


when browsing from the MAS we can not see the MSS

talked to Network person says there is an acctount built in Active Directory - he can not see me either on from network -sees my MAS as do I from any machine

just a little confused as we can not load patch from MAS
to MMS ( run the .exe from MAS desktop ) wants to get to

mymss\masServicepack but has no access error

So it joined the domain? Is the system in the Corp Domain or is it in it's own domain with MAS1 as the DC?

Mr Means - ended up reloading both MAS / MSS and joined the private domain rather then the Corp domain
