Does anyone recommend a monitoring tool for domain controllers? I would like to have daily status in a web interface view of all domain controllers as far as health and replications.

There are plenty of Active Directory monitoring tools out there from Quest, Opmanager, MS MOM/System Center. It all depends if you are willing to spend money.
Otherwise you can "roll your own" using scripts and MS's built-in tools
