domain admin restriction

Have a Windows 2003 SBS and would like to have a domain admin unlock users but not be able to change password of administrator. Any suggestions?
 
You can't restrict the domain admins from doing things. You will need to use the deligate authority feature of AD to give users or a group the right to unlock accounts.
