Domain account that you can install programs with 1

We need an account that will install all programs on computers in the domain but we dont want it to have Domain admin rights. Is there a built in accout type to do this? I thought this might be the power user but it seems like it does not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I use an ordinary domain user account and then use restricted groups to instert this into the local admins group on my stations this allows me to troubleshoot and install software without access to the domain.
