Doing a restore, We get warnings that there are corrupted files.

After a server crash, We noticed are backup could not backup a number of different files(user,system,progam) because they were corrupt. When we try to restore from the last known good backup, other files become corrupted. We have BE for Netware 8.5, using the Windows client. Any knowledge of corrupted files would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
