doesn't create boot kit

After system full backup,but couldn't do disaster recovery Wizard.I don't know why.It has the below prompt.

can not find the computers that have the configuration saved on the current BrightStor ARCserve Backup server. Please go to the BrightStor ARCserve Backup manager adn do full system backup first.

Program Files\CA ARCserve Backup\DR
Under there is a directory for each system.
After a full backup the dr info for that system is copied there.
In your case that full backup did not take place.
Now is an excellent time to read the admin and dr guides.
