Does Vista Home have VPN? 1

Hello guys.

One of the employees is looking to buy a new home PC with Vista on it. Since we use VPN at work, I was just checking to see if Vista Home Premium has the VPN client on it (same as Windows XP pro, on ADD new network connection--connect to workplace- VPN) or does he need to purchase Vista Business?

I suppose, but there was no Windows Vista forum, only XP/98/2K.
