Hi all,

I have two adsl lines and I want to configure my linux box (as an Internet gateway) to connect to those adsl lines to access the internet.

I would like to know if the kernel 2.2.17 (Redhat 7.0) support round-robin of outgoing traffic when my linux box connect the Internet via two adsl lines with a default route for Internet each connection.

Thank you for your attention

Best regards,
Jeff

Hi,

I think the closest you might get with two connex on one box is to use Alexey Kuznetsov's iproute2 from --> ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/ . If you have redhat its available in the 'iproute' rpm.

See --> .

You should also be able to just use something like :

/sbin/ip route del default
/sbin/ip route add default nexthop dev eth1 nexthop dev eth2

Hope this helps
