Does the exam cover CR XI Server

Which exam?

CRCP exams would cover Crystal Reports designer.
BECP exams would cover Business Objects Enterprise, and potentially Crystal Reports Server since it is an edition of Enterprise

What is the benefit of CR Server, anyways? Is it a skinnied down version of Enterprise or am I mistaken? Thanks.

CR Server is basically Enteprise Professional with a different license structure.
