Yes. you have to set the proper parameters and ensure that your telco sends you the info.
Just make sure that when you set up your auto attendant or line appearances on the sets that you allow the call to ring at least twice before answering and that those appearances are set to ring, not just appear.
The CLID info is sent to the system between the first and second ring.
So, set the proper parameters
Term & Sets, telco features, Called ID to Y
All my phones are Appr & Ring
