Does the 5 Digit Zip Code mapping layer work?

I am using Crystal 10 and it has a feature to insert a map based on the report data. For example, I can add a dot density map by states people live in. However, the zip code layer that comes with Crystal just doesn't seem to work. I have searched around and came up with no solution. I found a 3 digit zip code tab file via searching the web and that works fine, but the 5 digit file with Crystal just doesn't seem to work. Has anyone come across this problem?
