Does the 3300 CXI onboard analog trunks need analog line licenses or does it come with it?

Can you use the Analog Trunks in the system without analog line licenses?

Correct,
analog line licenses are actually for analog extensions not trunks. Although you can use the on board analogue extensions without them as well.
You will need them if you start installing ASU's with ONS cards.

As sarond says the analog licenses are only for station ports. You only need analog licenses for the ASU II, none are needed for the internal analog ports, ports on a SX2000 per node or on the older ASU.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
