Correct,
analog line licenses are actually for analog extensions not trunks. Although you can use the on board analogue extensions without them as well.
You will need them if you start installing ASU's with ONS cards.
As sarond says the analog licenses are only for station ports. You only need analog licenses for the ASU II, none are needed for the internal analog ports, ports on a SX2000 per node or on the older ASU.
