Does SUS integrate with SMS?

Does SUS somehow integrate with SMS? Or do you just use the SUS server to download packages and then manually have to build those packages into SMS for delivery?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I have no SMS experience......Yet.

We are evaling SMS 2003 beta. We are looking to replace AD Group Policy with something more robust. Group Policy is decent, especially cause it's free, but we are to the point where we would like reporting of failed installs and remote control and hardware/software inventory.

Yes, SUS will integrate with SMS20 when you download the SUS feature pack from microsoft.


The integration is even more slipstream when you install SUS
with SMS2003 via AD.
