Does QMAILQUEUE or qmail-scanner need perl suidperl?

Perl 5.8.2 does not have suidperl
Is it needed for QMAILQUEUE or qmail-scanner?

I cannot recall which part of a typical spamassassin/qmailqueue/etc. install specifically requires it, but yes, you need perl-suidperl

do you know where I can get it? does not come with the
lates Perl. I will post on the Perl forum as well.
