Good day.
We have ATS Meridiana, I have attached the boards in the photo.
NN43041 CS1000E Server
Name on the face Avaya Mg1010
Suddenly, all phones lost their connection to the server. (server had ip 10.11.116.8)
What we tried to do: repeatedly reload everything that
is (switches, switches, gateway, PBX itself).
We tried to connect via an RJ-45 - COM cable to the board using
PuTty, after the logi command entered the password admin2 password 0000, all
came up, accepts commands, but as they understood this console is needed for a thin
PBX settings, and what happens to the network connection cannot be seen
could.
Tried to connect to the CPDC board, avaya linux base 7.50 is loaded
after entering the password and entering the ifconfig command, we saw that this
card ip 10.11.116.9, from which the router with ip 10.11.116.1 ping,
then everything works the same way.
More of our knowledge is not enough to do anything.
photo attached to google drive

I got on the web face, I attach a screen, for some reason my ip 10.11.116.8 is nowhere to be found, to which all phones are registered

after another reboot, error E002 appeared, which says that the call center is not available, rebooted 3 more times, the error does not go away

sorry for bad english
i use translator

Be careful when doing reboots.

Usually, when you get problems like this, you need to know what equipment that you have. Do you have another cabinet?.

In most cases, the MGC can be the problem or Signalling Server as they need to be syncronised with the Call Server.

Try pressing the reset button on the MGC card first. You will know if there is any difference when the Extension cards start to become enabled again.

If no luck, then press the reset button on the Sig Server card.

i tried, failure(

To be using admin2 and 0000 as a password doesn't sound right to me.
Release 6.0 onwards was much more security controlled.
I think you need to check what cards are actually working.

I do know that the CPPM processor often used as a Sig Server suffered problems with simm cards.

OK

The CPPM is actually your call Server. Best to leave this one alone. It's odd as it looks to have a default database in it.

The message of..

ELAN028 The following server failed to register it's pbxLink.
IP <10.11.216.3>, host name <ss>, server type <UNKN>.

Is interesting in that the Signalling Server hasn't registered correctly using IP address 10.11.216.3.
I'm guessing that this is your CPDC card?.
From looking at your original picture, it appears that there are CAT5 cables not plugged in?.

The phone system uses TLAN and ELAN IP address ranges. Has anyone unplugged any cables?.

not.
cables have always been connected this way

You need to do some "ping" tests on each network from e.g. the Call Server to the Sig Server.
I would concentrate on your ELAN network first.

Your error message of ELAN 028 does explain where to go

ELAN028
The service failed to register their pbxLink. The service IP <ip address>, host name <server name>,
server type <server type>.
Check connections and IP configurations of the server.
Severity: Major

As I have said already, the problem is to do with your Signalling Server.
Although I rarely touch CS1000 anymore, I can tell you that it can be quite complexed.
Try doing a PuTTY connection onto your Sig Server or see if you can access it via a serial port.
