I get a meesage like this.

The error message is accurate

Hotmail no longer allows email access via Outlook Express for free email accounts.

If you want to read your hotmail messages, you will need to use the web interface or upgrade to the paid service. See also thread605-1003231 Sending Email of Hotmail in OE6: Server Response: 'Forbidden'

Hi smah !

I changed the adress of the receiving party so that it does not go to hot mail.
I made it like this
For example
"mailto:smah@test.com"
And I am still getting the same message.
I don't know why i am having so much problem with such a simple thing.

Because "Hotmail no longer allows email access via Outlook Express for free email accounts". It makes no difference who you send it to.

Does your ISP provide some mail account that you can use with OE instead of Hotmail?

Hi smah !
Because I am on a windows platfom with my ISP.
They can't.
I don't even need this windows platform.
If I wanted to go back to my non window .
I would have to do some changes to few of my files.

What can I do .
Maybe I'll ask a friend.
