Hello,
It appears pretty certain that my PC has what McAfee calls the "BackDoor-CCT" virus. I get multiple unexpected instances of IEXPLORE.EXE running in the background (with no visible window). And these instances keep on increasing every minute until the machine comes to a complete halt. Only McAfee seems to have a solution for this. I have searched the Symantec site high and low but have found no reference to it. Does anyone know if Norton has a solution for this? Symantec product support appears to be extremely poor.
