Does Nortel provide New Security Dongle for OTM ,if original is lost?

Hi All,

Iam In a very uncomfortable position.
I have Just lost my USB Security Dongle for the OTM Server.
Some idiot flicked it thinking it is a USB Memory stick.
I would like to know, does Nortel provide with another Dongle in such situations?
If yes, what is the procedure to obtain one?

you need to go through your vendor, they are going to need information from the original po.. and last time i heard it was just under 2 grand (us)
