Does Micollab desktop software allow you to see ring groups?

We have a manager who monitors a ring group and was wondering if there was a way to view the ring group calls within the micollab desktop client. Similar to Avayas phone manger software on the client machines.

The only way I've ever been able to do this is via the Contact Center Client which is part of MiCC Business. It's super clunky, and the UI is still using an Office 2007 theme.

yeah , i feel your pain , unfortunately there seems to be a massive slow down in development - not sure if its budget based now that they have been purchased by a hedge fund or whether they are just spending all the money on expos like mitel next . dont hold you breath for any fancy features coming in micollab any time soon , its been stagnant now for years . ring group monitoring even with the MICC server is also super ordinary and will require additional business reporter licenses and that the ring group members are native in the group and not sublines of MDU groups .
