After 10+ years of getting my legend/magix answers from you guys with the search feature, I'm finally stuck.
I finally talked my boss into ditching most of our (25) pots lines for 12 channel PRI
I'm building a new(er) magix 4.0 with Merlin Messaging 4.0 system to replace our Legend 7.0 with MLM007
thanks to you guys the PRI came up with out a hitch, but after I scored the Merlin Messaging off ebay, I got greedy
I'd like to use the Unified Messaging Application.
What I Would like to know if the MERLIN Messaging 4.0 Unified Messaging Application can be installed in windows XP, or am I going to have to track down one of the following
— Microsoft Windows® 2000 Server, Service Pack 1
— Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Service Pack 1
— Microsoft Windows NT® 4.0 Server, Service Pack 5
— Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Workstation, Service Pack 5
I've been trying to install it in one of my XP virtual machines, but it keeps failing with the following
as per the readme, the vm isn't part of a domain so I use the machine name in the domain field
I created a new user (& password) with administrator rights.
but it keeps failing.
Is there anybody out there who was able to get it installed on xp, or am I going to have to dig up a copy of 2000 :-/
When Linux is Free and Open, who needs Windows or Gates?
