Does it matter which DIMM Slot you use?

i.e two printers that both keep having 49. errors had the DIMMS in slot 2 and slot 1 was empty or will putting it in slot 1 make no difference whatsoever?

HP LaserJet 2430dtn by the way, and they error whilst idle on the network and I have no idea why.

No errors during power on self test ?

Nope, no errors on self test. Printers work fine most of the time but seem to error a couple of times a week whilst idle.

Am thinking about putting a jetdirect card in to use instead of the internal card. Don't know if thats going to make any difference though.
