Does Exchange have a default file size that it will let pass through it. I have checked on the Admin\ISM\general tab and ours has no limit checked. This is also true on the client. Even with both of these being config correctly, I can't get a file larger than 10 mb out. Internally it will go though.
We are running a mmail filtering product called Mail Marshal but the default is 30 mb.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Have you also checked for a limit on the MTA? If not, here's where to check.

From your Exchange Admin, go to Org -> Site -> Configuration -> Servers -> server name. Then in the right hand pane, double-click 'Message Transfer Agent'. On the general tab you'll see a limit there as well.

Hope this helps.

I checked that and it is set to no limit also. I am starting to think that it is the filtering software itself. The tech has stated that it is a 30 mb default but with the ability to email internally and not externally it seems the next place to look.

Thanks.
