Didn't see this online, was just curious with Essential edition if there's any user portal on the web that people can access to set up forwarding, view call logs etc? Just wondering if Preferred is needed for that, thanks all!
To the best of my knowledge you would need oneX portal to do this. You will need to also take the following licencing into consideration:
Licensing
Avaya one-X™ Portal for IP Office requires a license for each user. The license can be an IP Office
Power User, Office Worker or Teleworker user license. The Telecommuter mode and IP Office Video
Softphone are available only with a Power User or Teleworker license.
