Does ENLC l s c in LD 32 kick off users?

I am about to make some changes in LD 16 to the RDB so that I can get CDR info on inbound calls:

LD 16
CHG RDB
...
CDR...

INC - YES

etc...

According to the NTP, I have to do an ENLC l s c on each of my IPE Trunk cards in LD 32 to make the changes take effect.

If I do this, will anyone on an active call be cut off? I see the word 'reset' in the NTP and would like to know before I go resetting anything...

That is wierd. I have never had to enable or disable any type of trunks to start CDR recording.
