does DCOM server behind a load balancer work?

Hi all,
I was planning to have a DCOM service installed on multiple servers, and then have a load balancer in front of them.
Now, if I register this service on the client using clireg32 and specify the load balancer as the server
(-s <IP of Load Balancer>), would the thing work?
I would appreciate any inputs.
