Does Cognos provide iPlanet Web Server

Hi
We are trying to do some applications in powerprompts. For this we have successfully ran the applications using IIS. Now we need to run this application using iPlanet Web Server. Does COGNOS suite comes with iPlanet web server or do we need to buy it separetely.

This would need to be obtained seperately. IPLanet Directory Server is packaged with the product, but the webserver is not included.
