Does Clarion need its own forum?

Hi Clarion users!

Do we need our own dedicated forum just for Clarion users? I find that the usenet site is a pain to use and forums are so much better to find the info you need.

Are there enough Clarion users to justify a new site or a need outside of this forum?

If you are interested then create a post in this topic. If enough users chime in then I will consider creating a free forum for us to use. It only takes me about an hour to create the forum and would always be free, even for me. I have created many forums over the years and it is a snap. The site would be in English but if required I could create a section for other languages. Good code is good code!

Wow! Really? I made this post over two years ago. Anyone still using Clarion? I am - still. It's great to this day!

So true Robert.

I stick to Clarion since version 2.1 DOS days and have many satisfied clients.

Same here Marius. 25 customers to be exact and still growing. Clarion runs my whole business and has for 25 years now across the whole U.S. We could not live without it. I too have been active with Clarion since 2.1. We are dating ourselves!

Right now I do not have time to create another forum. I am currently administrating two other forums (music related) and a third seems a bit to much to handle. But, if I get the time I will do my best at "cranking it out". Clarion thankfully has been active this last year and maybe they have some new blood or a new owner that wants to run with it? One can only hope that they stay alive.
