In visual basic, we have three properties for checkbox(check, uncheck and gray). Does checkbox has the "grayed" property in ASP? If yes, how we do it? If no, is there anywhere to deactivate the checkbox so that user could not make any changes to it?

If you are talking about disabling the checkbox, it can be done by setting the disabled property
for e.g, document.frm1.chkbox.disabled=true;
