Does BO 5.1.8 support jpg file format over Citrix? 1

I know this sounds a bit daft but i'm a universe builder and i've not done much inserting of pictures into BO report designer. It's deployed through Citrix here so i don't know if that might be causing a problem. Jpg just doesn't come up as an option on picture insert, if i try to add it as an object it comes up with error "Failed to create object. Make sure the application is entered in the system registry. (RPT0004)"
Reason i don't insert a bmp is its too big in that format and won't export to pdf

BO 5.x does not allow jpgs to be inserted. It only works with BMPs.
