Does anyone work on VoiceGate voicemail???

How do you create an Announcement mailbox, opposed to an regular voicemail box.

I do not want people to leave messages, just hear the prompt and back to the main menu, or even disconnected.

You create a different COS that does not allow receiving messages

do you know or are you guessing??? because i was guessing the same thing, but i wanted to know for sure before i drive all the way across town.
