We are using Crystal Enterprise 10.0. I am having trouble with adding more than one subreport to the report. I have a connection for the main report and the 1st subreport. I do not know how to create a connection for the 2nd sub report. Has anyone ever done this? Thank you

Using real Crystal terms will help us to understand your dilema.

Crystal has LINKs for subreports, not connections, and you cannot nest subreports within subreports, if that's your difficulty.

Use Insert->Subreport to insert additional subreports into the main report.

The title of your post is about using IE to view reports, then the post itself is about subreports??????

So what is your problem?

Do you have a report that works, but is not viewable via the web, or do you need help designing the report?

Hi dgillz, I have created the report in Crystal 10. It works fine from Crystal. The problem that I am having is not knowing how to create a connection for a second subreport in the ASP webpage that is used to connect to the databases. I posted the code in another post. Here is the link.

This report has a main report and two subreports. All of the reports come from different datasources. They all run great together directly from Crystal. Thank you for your help.

So you can view the report without the subreports via IE just fine?

Yes, I can view the report via IE, that includes one subreport, with no problems. Where you able to see the ASP page that I included earlier? That has the connection information for both the main report and the subreport. I just do not know how to add a third section for the second subreport. All three connections would be to three different database. One database is MUMPS database, one is a MS SQL 2000, and the other is an Oracle database. All three utilize an ODBC connection. Thanks again for your help.
