Does anyone use SPN 01 for Calling Card Calls?

Would it be correct to create a new SPN 01 to handle the
Automatic and Operator Assisted Calls
01+Country Code+Routing(City Code)+Local Number?
 
Here is what we have. I guess the deny numbers are from a "bad" list someone came up with.
