Does anyone use Onebox Voicemail with MD110????

we use Onebox for our Voicemail/AutoAttendant. the Onebox server interfaces with a TLU76/3 card (CAS)in the PABX. the 30 ports of the Voicemail corresponds to 30 circuits on the TLU 76.
on a daily basis, some of these 30 individuals freeze, such the Voicemail/AA keeps ringing with no reply. an RFBOI of the card resolves the problem.
is there a permanent solution to this daily freezing? what causes this problem.

You should trust the Onebox only with the newest Software 4.01 and all Servicepacks and Hotfixes. MD is not the problem.

the onebox is the version 4.01, with all the latest service packs and hot fixes. infact the installation was done just this year!

Hi

We had experienced such problem in the past with OB 1.1.
The problem was related to the Dialogic board and aculab driver that does not report an expected event under certain condition. The solution was to replace NTCASEL7.EXE to solve the problem.
You should report this to E/// to get help to solve this problem.
