Does anyone know what this error means????

Hey guys,

I've been running into some issues with the Veritas Backup Exec program. For some reason, the tape is always kicked out, and I end up getting these error messages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error: mount failed
Final error code: 00000000 HEX

Have you tried a different tape? Have you tried cleaning the drive?

I have cleaned the tape drive, and reset statistics. I'm going to try and format the tape before changing to a different tape. Trying a different tape is next on the list.
