Does anyone know the secret of resetting a Merlin Messaging voicemail extention on a Magix? 1 person gets fired, another takes her place but can't get into voicemail because they don't know the old password.

All you have to knonw is the sys admin password for mailbox "0". Once in, go to the extension admin mune, and select "initialize password" option. Then anyone can get into the mailbox, and first time in, will be required to enter a new password. TipHelp@charter.net
