our company email is hosted by an outside company. we want to check the volume of emails certain members are sending as we believe that there sending an excessive amount. I asked my provider and they said the only way i can do it is give myself rights to there mailbox. however when i do this i can only see the inbox, calender, notes, journal and tasks. Does anyone know or able to push me in the right direction, so i can see there outbox. i know i could setup the automatic forwarding in the background, but i need to monitor 15 people, i dont want an extra 15 peoples email if possible.

Thank you

If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?

Why not use a package like ethereal or wildpackets to monitor the SMPT traffic on your internet gateway?
Not the easiest of methods but no covert peeking required!

Alternatively ask your email host for the smtp logs.

[small]have you turned it off and on again?[/small]
