Does anyone know of a good alternative to TOAD?

I've been asked to evaluate alternatives to Quest TOAD. Can anyone suggest an alternative that they've successfully used?

Do you need to administer Oracle or develop for it? Try PL/SQL Developer from allaroundautomations

We're administering whilst dev is being carried out by a third party but will be developing once that phase is over.

I like Benthic's Golden program. Not as cluttered as TOAD...
