Does anyone know how to make open a popup w/effects? 1

hey there guys i need your help, can anyone tell me how to produce a popup effect similar to how avira's update appears at the bottom right screen? I understand that it has something to do with timeline, but i have no idea where to start.

Please do help guys i would really appreciate it, if there's no way to produce an effect similar to that, are there other ways to produce even small effects when the window pops up in the bottom right corner so that in that way it could be pleasing to the user.
